Made with Mozzarella, Fontina, Provolone, Grana Padano, and Mushrooms

  • Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 400 F. Place pizza on sheet pan and bake for 12-15 min, or until reaches a minimum of 165F. (Bake times may vary)

  • Dough (wheat flour, water, salt, yeast, olive oil), Mozzarella (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), Provolone (pasteurized milk, cheese culture, salt, enzymes), Fontina (pasteurized milk, rennet, enzymes, salt), Roasted Mushrooms (crimini mushrooms, canola and olive oil blend, salt), Garlic Cream Sauce (heavy cream, garlic), Grana Padano (pasteurized milk, salt, rennet, preservative lysozyme protein from egg).
