Plant Based Pepperoni

Made with Plant-based Pepperoni, Mozzarella, Tomato, and Oregano.

  • Bake from frozen. Preheat oven to 400 F. Place pizza on sheet pan and bake for 12-15 min, or until reaches a minimum of 165F. (Bake times may vary)

  • Dough (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt, olive oil, salt), Tomato Sauce (whole peeled tomatoes, extra vigin olive oil, oregano, citric acid, kosher salt), Mozzarella (pastuerized whole milk, vinegar, enzymes, salt), Plant-based Pepperoni (wheat gluten, filtered water, canola oil, great northern beans [beans, water, salt, calcium chloride], sundried tomatoes, salt, apple cider vinegar, sugar, red wine vinegar [red wine vinegar diluted with water to 5%], tomato paste, garlic powder, nutritional yeast, fennel seeds, paprika, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, onion powder, black pepper), Oregano.
